Dr. Christine Mason, PhD, DBSM is a health psychologist board-certified in behavioral sleep medicine. Her work spans clinical care, clinical program design, and digital health,  including CBT-I, circadian rhythm disorders, PAP adherence, behavioral support for hypersomnia and narcolepsy, pediatric behavioral sleep medicine, women's sleep, and the design of sleep interventions delivered through technology.

She consults with digital health and wearable companies, healthcare and wellness organizations, athletic and performance teams, and hospitality and real estate builders on how sleep and circadian science translate into products, programs, workflows, and environments.
